VERTEX FORCE

Vertex Force is an action mecha series premiering in fall 2026. The story follows Akira, who lives with his sister Haruka and mother in a quiet household running a cafe, but an inherited power called "Engine" lurks beneath the surface. While Haruka carries this mysterious ability from their father, Akira struggles with the knowledge that he has not inherited the same gift, feeding into a deep sense of inadequacy. As unexplained phenomena begin manifesting across the globe, the family's carefully guarded secret becomes increasingly difficult to maintain, and Akira's role in the unfolding crisis remains uncertain.

The series started airing on October 3, 2026, with new episodes releasing weekly. Episode 2 airs on October 10, 2026. This is the perfect entry point for viewers interested in character-driven mecha stories that blend domestic drama with larger-scale conflict, offering more than typical action fare by grounding its world in familial relationships and personal insecurities. The premise balances intimate moments against escalating mystery, making it suitable for audiences who appreciate both introspective character work and spectacular spectacle.
